Angela Newman, Founder and Chief Executive Director, has worked in Social Services since 2004. Ms. Newman obtained two master’s degrees in Public Administration/Public Affairs and Health Psychology. As a practitioner of health psychology, she examines how biological, social, environmental, and psychological factors influence health and illness.
We Engage with Runaway Prevention, Street & Community Outreach, and by targeting Outreach areas. We then focus on linking young adults to services. We offer a lot, but it truly takes a village. We assess situations carefully and help young adults find the best self-development approaches through programs and services in our local communities.
We serve unaccompanied homeless and at-risk young adults between the ages 18 – 24 years old. Our ongoing mission is to end the cycle of youth homelessness. To do this, we have built self-development programs in the Metro Atlanta area where we operate in mentor teams and dedicated staff: Street Outreach, Outreach Centers, Mentoring, and Transitional Housing. We are quite proud of the fact that Angel’s NPACT builds trust and becomes a consistent resource to stabilize and otherwise help those young adults that the rest of society ignored.

We Connect young adults with mentorship and individual counseling, vocational training, provide Transitional Living skills, and to Community Supports. We work with young adults to co-create goals, make and track their progress, and prepare for roadblocks in the journey to adulthood.
