On a weekly basis, Angel’s NPACT street outreach team – which includes trained staff & current residents – search areas where young adults experiencing homelessness tend to hide. The outreach team will provide these young adults with food, information and supplies.
In addition, Angel’s NPACT partners with homeless liaisons in the Metro Atlanta County Police Department, Juvenile Corrections, schools systems and open campus high schools to receive referrals for youth who are experiencing homelessness or have run away from home.
